Not Working

Imagine my disbelief and disappointment in purchasing from Standards. Made my cash online purchase on the 12th July 2025, collected on the 16th July 2025 used this machine once on the 24th of July, initially the spin dryer was a bit concerning meaning the clothes (baby clothes) was set properly and wasn't drying the way a spin dryer was supposed to, heard some noises but didn't think much of it. Guess what, I was wrong... second time using the machine for baby clothes once again on the 28th July 2025, washer works fine. Spin dryer decided that its definitely not spinning anything whatsoever, not even budging !!!!! Imagine my frustration having to deal with this issue a mere 12 days after purchasing an item online CASH only to be faced with this hurdle and disappointment. Tried calling numerous times, sending emails etc. I'm currently awaiting some sort of decision because this is NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR !!! I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with Standards Distributors.. if I wanted this type of trouble I would have chosen to go COURTS !!! Definitely didn't expect this from this establishment. Long story short, stop selling individuals inferior products !!

Unlike previous twin tub washers this only has the lite and normal wash settings. I wished it had a heavy wash option.
