On the 27th of December 2024, I purchased three $500 gift cards on the website with the intent to gift them to a friend as a housewarming present. Correspondence began in early January with the E-Commerce Dept where I indicated I would like digital cards as it would be more convenient. Communication was sluggish as days would pass before I received a response. I reached out a couple times to get the three gift card numbers and when I received a response again, I was told by the individual that his team had already sent me same. I scoured all my email inboxes including spam and found no such email so I indicated as such via email. I received no response and after days I called the customer service line and was given the extension as well as another phone number on which to contact the representative from e-commerce. Over a period of a week, 3 phone calls attempts each were made to both contact numbers which remained unanswered. Eventually on the 20th of January, 2025, 24 days after my purchase was I sent the three gift card numbers. Very arduous process, would advise all persons against it.
