Guidelines

1. Best Price Guarantee applies once the item is the exact model available at Standard and not on sale at either entity.
2. For MY Terms Hire Purchase transactions, the terms and conditions and duration of contract must be identical.
3. Standard’s pricing and proof of competitor’s pricing must be validated. This can be done through one of the following:
   • A formal quote from competitor* (validated by letterhead, or company stamp/seal)
   • A newspaper clipping or advertisement
   • An electronic advertisement, including prices found on competitor’s website
   • A photo or screen shot on their mobile devices (tablets included) of the price tag of the item or of the competitor’s advertisement.
4. *Pricemart is not eligible for price matching as they offer membership shopping
